2011 Rickenbacker 625 in Paisley
After the surprising sale of my Paisley Rose Morris model to a discriminating buyer from the Bay area, I decided I wanted to create another Rickenbacker first--a 600 Series model done in an antique gold paisley color scheme with pearloid sparkle background. After nearly a year's wait, she finally arrived, and I couldn't be happier with her. Outfitted with a set of Toaster pickups, a "Vibrato by Paul" tailpiece, gold guards & TRC, stove top knobs, aged binding, paisley headstock, and paisley back, this guitar looks about as sharp and cool as a guitar is capable of looking. I finished her off with a set of Thomastic Infeld flatwound 12's for a clear, chimey tone that never goes out of tune. Comes with a black Tolex fitted case.
This guitar feels as solid and stable as any guitar I've held. Timeless American craftsmanship meets a great artisan's handiwork and you have a one-of-a-kind-in-the-world, quintessentially mod guitar. $4500
